Measuring Your Ring Size at Home

A Step by Step Guide to Measuring Your Ring Size at Home

You can measure your ring size from the comfort of your home in the following 5 easy steps:

Step 1:

Find a string or a thin strip of paper.

Step 2:

Wrap the string or paper around the base of your finger on which you’d typically wear the band.

Step 3:

Clearly mark on the string or piece of paper where the two ends meet.

Step 4:

Measure in millimeters using a ruler the distance between the edge and your marked spot.

Step 5:

Check the ring size chart for the closest measurement to yours and identify the perfect band size for you.

Resizing Your Ring

Sometimes you might need to resize your band to ensure just the perfect fit.
As such, the resizing process might entail the addition or removal of the material in question (if applicable). This might lead your ring to be infinitesimally thicker or thinner, but the rigorous quality standards followed by Grey Forge Bands ensure any such changes are imperceptible.

Help, I Ordered the Wrong Ring Size!

Fret not. If you feel your band size is not a perfect fit for you, we can resize it to make sure that it is. Alternatively, you can avail the benefit of Grey Forge Bands’ robust exchange policy and exchange your band for one that fits better.

Not All Rings Can Be Resized

Rings made of certain metals such as tungsten, or more exotic materials like wood, deer antlers etc. cannot be resized if they don’t fit perfectly. This is due to the nature of the material they are made out of.

In such cases, the same will be indicated to you at the time of purchase itself.

You can exchange such bands from up to 30 days of purchase and find one that fits you perfectly
